By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding with a commission.1. General TermsI reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.Communication will be done through [Discord / Twitter / Email / etc.].Please provide clear references and details for your request.All prices are listed in USD and may vary based on complexity.These Terms may be updated over time; changes will apply to new commissions only.2. PaymentPayments are made upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval (depending on the project).All payments are through PayPal / Ko-fi.Refunds are not available after work has begun, unless I am unable to complete your commission.Chargebacks are not permitted under any circumstances.3. Process & RevisionsI will send updates at major stages (sketch, lineart, color, final).You may request minor revisions during the sketch and color process (e.g., color adjustments, small details).Estimated completion time may vary depending on workload and complexity.4. Usage RightsARTIST RIGHTSI retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to:Use the artwork for portfolios, social media posts, and self-promotion.Stream or record the creation process unless requested otherwise.CLIENT RIGHTSYOU MAY:
Use the commissioned artwork for personal or streaming purposes (VTuber model, overlays, ilustrations, banners, emotes, etc.).Credit me wherever the artwork is used (e.g., “Art by CharttRess / @charttress”).YOU MAY NOT:
Claim the artwork as your own.Resell, redistribute, or mint the artwork as an NFT or use it in AI datasets.Use the artwork for commercial merchandise (e.g., prints, merch) without a commercial license.5. Commercial RightsA commercial license is required for monetized projects (e.g., VTuber models, merch, promotional material).Commercial fees are typically +100% of the base price.Please clarify your intended use at the start of the commission.6. Deadlines & DeliveryDeadlines must be discussed upfront. Rush fees may apply.Final files will be delivered in [PNG / PSD / etc.] via [Google Drive / Email / etc.].Please download and back up your files promptly — I cannot guarantee long-term storage.7. Cancellations & RefundsYou may cancel before work starts for a full refund. No refunds once the process has started
